What if I want to order an odd amount of have multiple paint colours per pallet?
What are my shipping/delivery options?
- Customers can pick up at our manufacturing facility in McLennan Alberta.
- Dan the Stick man can deliver to your door/worksite
- Hotshot – asap delivery.
- For shipping outside of the prairies we can ship using 3rd party carriers or freight
What do you use for paint? Will it fade?
We use tree marking paint, environmentally friendly and will generally last 6 months.
Do you guarantee your product?
Yes! 30 day guarantee of all Premium Grade Products.
Can I request delivery anywhere in Canada?
Yes, we deliver to Alberta, BC and Saskatchewan. We can ship across Canada, to Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and the maritimes and can also ship to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Please request a quote to find out shipping costs and delivery times for your region.
Is there a minimum order quantity for delivery?
Yes, 1 pallet is preferred, however we will ship a minimum order quantity of ½ pallet.
What if I want less than a pallet?
Please contact us – 1 855 631 9663. We will sell in increments of 8 bundles, charged at retail and minimum delivery fee is $80, if you want less than 8 bundles that’s only available at our shop. Feel free to purchase small amounts at your local hardware store.
What do the colours mean?
Red – Electrical, lighting cable
Orange – Telephone, cable, TV, signals, alarms
Yellow – Gas, oil, steam
Green – Sanitary and Storm Sewer, culverts
Blue – Potable water
Purple – Reclaimed water, irrigation, slurry
Pink – Temporary markings
How long does it take for an order to ship?
- 24 hours to 72 hours
- We aim for 3 days but prefer if you can provide 1 week notice.
